Logo / Profile photo

Aspect ratio: 1:1 (square)

Photo upload best practices

  • Filename descriptive (bukan “IMG_1234”)
  • Geotag enabled (untuk verifikasi lokasi)
  • Photo natural (tidak heavily filtered)
  • Diverse: angle, time of day, season
  • Refresh: 30% photo setiap quarter

Response format guidelines

5-star review (positif):

Format: 1-2 sentence acknowledgment + invitation
Length: 30-80 words
Tone:   Warm, brief, personal (mention reviewer name)

3-4 star review (mixed):

Format: Acknowledge positives + address concern + invite further dialog
Length: 80-150 words
Tone:   Empathetic, action-oriented

1-2 star review (negatif):

Format:
